Homemade Roasted jeera (Cumin Seeds)

To Roast the Jeera, Dry roast the quantity you want to make.Roasting the jeera will only take a few seconds on medium heat.

It can be pounded on mortar and pestle. You can also use a coffee grinder too which is just used for grinding spices only.

The kitchen smells so good, I tell you.

Jeera powder is ready. Store in an airtight jar cool, dry place, or in a spice box.

Aromatic , bursting with flavours Jeera powder is ready.
