Triangle Buttery Parantha

Triangle Parantha Recipe (Daadi Maa Style)



Ingredients:


    •    Chapati dough (atta)


    •    Butter (lots of it)



Steps:


    1.    Roll out a chapati from the dough.


    2.    Spread a generous amount of butter on the rolled chapati.


    3.    Fold it in half, reapply butter, and fold again to form a triangle.


    4.    Roll it lightly into a triangular shape.


    5.    Cook on a hot tava, brushing with butter, until golden and flaky on both sides.


    6.    Serve hot and enjoy the buttery, flaky layers!
